Hoagland.I would be happy to volunteer to check these books for folks without access. These books are not readily available; and they are good starting points for genealogical research for this family.|
|I will do lookups in The Sullivan Expedition of 1779, a list of to Rosters of the 6,000 men involved in this expedition to punish the Seneca Indians and drive them from their western New York stronghold. Many members of the expedition return home to get their families and then settled in the areas not covering Ontario, Monroe, Livingston, Genesee, and Wyoming Counties. The book is just a list of the Rosters, and gives the rank, company and regiment of the men. It is the only complete list of the 6,000 members of the expedition.|

RESIDENCE (State), Spouse, and code # to the contributor with name and
address. Date Published 1984. Each page has Approx. 35 entries per page.
