My cousins and I are working on our RYAN family history. We have a great-uncle, brother to our grandfather, who dissappeared in the 1930's and no one ever heard from him again. We have not been able to locate any death records either. Does anyone have, or has anyone heard of Ernest Aloysius RYAN b 15 Jun 1896, Brazilton, Crawford County, KS, son of WIlliam H & Ella Songer RYAN? Any info would be greatly appreciated. We think he may have headed to CA from KS at that time. He was last seen in Topeka KS and was never heard from again. He had come into a sizeable sum of money from his father's estate at this time so may have been a victim of foul play. He was known to like his drink and the ladies.
