Clipping - Ration Book No. 3 Delivery

Ration Book No. 3 Delivery

War Ration Clippings

Persons who applied to their local ration boards between Aug. 2 and 10 for War Ration Book No. 3 will receive their books in the mail by Sept. 10, in ample time for their use on Sept. 12 when the first stamps in the book will be put to uses, Raymond S. McKeough, regional director of the Office of Price Administration, announced yesterday. McKeough said persons who applied for the books after Aug. 10 probably would not receive them in time.
