"Every possible volunteer" is needed to help in next week's elementary school registration in Chicago for War Ration Book No. 4, Michael F. Mulcahy, Chicago Metropolitan Area OPE rationing administrator, said today.

The registration will take place in every Chicago elementary school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. Teachers will fill part of the need for volunteer registrars, Milcahy said, but thousands of others will be needed.

He urged those willing to serve to communicate immediately with the principals of schools near their homes.
