Throughout the month of August, visitors to the Genealogy Today web site had the opportunity to cast their vote in this annual program, designed to highlight pages that should be considered an essential part of any genealogist's toolkit.
They were permitted to vote in as many of the categories (listed below) as they liked, but they could only vote once in each.
