| I was born at 4:36 AM in Fargo, ND at possibly St. John's hospital May 4th, 1969. I was adopted through the Childrens Village Services (which is now the Village Family Service Center) in Fargo, ND. I had surgery in lower abdominal region around six months possibly after my birth. My adoptive parents names are Rodney and Mary Collins of Park River, ND. I believe that my birth mother was 19 and attending college in Fargo, ND. I believe there may have been a letter sent to my adoptive parents. I currently live in Fargo, ND.
